Marilu and Jennifer

Marilu Henner has the energy of teenagers and the wisdom to be a shrewd woman. Her life is an outstanding female model of women today who have it all. She is an author, health guru as well as a talk show host and producer. A director and dancer. Model and comedienne. And most importantly the wife and mother! When both of her parents passed away at the age of 50--her father as a result of cardiac arrest as well as her mother suffering from arthritis related issues -- she realized that she was required to be in control of her own health. The focus was not on dieting it was about health, and creating a lifestyle that maximized the way our bodies were designed to work.
